What if there are discrepancies found during inspection between the form and the actual condition and/or model of my device when it is inspected? If any discrepancies are found, we will be sure to inform you as soon as inspection is complete. Additionally, we will relay and verify any changes in payment amount. You will then have the option to accept the revised offer or reject it. We are committed to transparency and fairness, and we will consistently strive to collaborate with our customers to address any unexpected issues.

Do you accept devices that are Activation/iCloud locked, under remote management (MDM), and/or that are blacklisted? We DO NOT accept iPhones that are Activation/iCloud locked, under remote management (MDM), and/or that are blacklisted at this time.

Do you accept devices that currently being financed or that have outstanding payments? No, we cannot accept financed or outstanding payments.

What happens to the data on my device? Although we ecourage our customers to wipe and reset their phones before submission, we make that it is completed. If not, we complete any necessary process to wipe and reset your iPhone. Furthermore, paid4tech.com will not inspect a device without assuring your iPhone is wipe and reset first.

What if I forget to back-up my data on my device? Please be aware that once your device is shipped that you will not be albe to retain any data store on your iPhone. Please backup your data before send your iPhone in for processing.

Where are you located? Our facility is located in Warminster, PA.

Do you accept devices that have aftermarket parts installed? Yes, but it my affect your payout greatly. Please fill out the form for more details.

Do you buy iPads, MacBooks, laptops, or other tech devices? We only purchase iPhones listed in our form at this time but will be looking to add other device options in the near future.

Does my offer expire? You will have 10 business to arrive on-site or to ship your iPhone. You will be required to fill out the form again after this period passes.

Can I include my charger and/or original box? Will it increase my payout value? You can include a charger and/or box if you wish, but unfortunately it will not increase the value of your payout.

What if I have a bulk amount of devices to sell? If you have a bulk amount of iPhones to sell, please conact us at contact@paid4tech.com for more details.

What if I have a brand new sealed phone? If you have a brand new sealed phone(s), contact us directly at contact@paid4tech.com for more details. If your boxs is not seal, it should be considered in excellent condition and not brand new.

How old do you have to be to use your service? You must be 18 years of age or older to use our service.

Payment

How much does paid4tech.com payout? You can receive a cash offer after you fill out our form. Amount will depend on model, functionality, cosmetic condition, and device status.

How will I be paid? We pay out with the following methods: Cash, Check, PayPal. We do not payout via other methods at this time.

Can you payout cash? YES! If you live local to the Warminster, PA area, you can drop your iPhone off to us and receive cash instantly after a quick inspection. Choose the drop-off option when filling out our form.

Can you pay by check? Yes. We can pay by check either by mail or in-person.

How quickly does paid4tech.com payout? All drop-off transactions are paid the same day of scheduled drop-off. All shipping label transactions are typically paid out within 1-2 business days.

Drop-off

Where is your drop-off location? Our drop-off location is located at our Warminster, PA facility. After requesting a drop-off in the form, you will receive an email detailing the exact whereabouts of our location.

When are drop-offs available? Currently, requests for drop-offs are only available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30AM-4:30PM. Service is subject to staff availability and is not available on major holidays.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a drop-off? If you need to reschedule or cancel a drop-off, please contact us at info@teksentrik.com. Please note that drop-off offers expire in 10 days after form submission, and you will need to fill out our form again to receive a new offer.

Do I need to fill out a form to drop-off to exchange my device? Yes. Appointments are required for all drop-offs.
